We deliver your releases to Facebook as standard and these deliveries have a variety of results, one being copyright protection. When Facebook locates a recording we’ve delivered in user-generated content across Facebook/Instagram, the content is likely to be blocked/taken down with a copyright notice provided.
While this process is in place to protect your recordings, if you post your own recordings to your Facebook/Instagram page without whitelisting your page, your videos will also be blocked. For this reason, it’s important you whitelist your pages on these platforms well in advance of a new release and any planned content rollout.
