If you've temporarily lost access to your AWAL account, follow the steps below to try and regain entry.
We understand how frustrating this can be — but please bear in mind that your account contains sensitive information, and our security measures are designed to protect it. That does mean the process can sometimes feel a little involved, but it's in place for good reason.
⚠️ Important: If your account has been deactivated by us, you will have received communication confirming this. The instructions below won’t work in that case. If you’re looking to reactivate a deactivated account, you’ll need to contact the team that reached out to you.
1. Forgotten Your Password?
If you're having trouble logging in because you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset it.
2. Not Receiving a Reset Link?
This typically means one of two things:
-
Your account was never activated.
➤ Please email us at info@awal.com from the email address you'd like to use. We'll confirm whether an account exists and help you activate it if needed. -
You're using the wrong email address.
➤ If your account has been activated in the past, but you’re not receiving the reset link, it likely means the email address you're using isn't linked to your AWAL label account. Try an alternative address you may have registered with.
3. Having Trouble with MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)?
If you’re locked out due to MFA issues, you can use your password recovery code to reset MFA access.
If you no longer have access to your recovery code, regaining entry becomes more complex. Please email info@awal.com with:
-
The email address associated with the account
-
A description of the issue
-
How and when access was lost
-
Your recovery code (if available)
We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to support you in regaining access securely.
