If you are struggling to log in to the AWAL Workstation or AWAL Go we have a couple of troubleshooting options below...
1. Did you skip the Activation Email?
Are you trying to log in directly through AWAL but perhaps you neglected to click on the activation email that was sent out to your account? You need to make sure you do that and then go through the activation steps. If you missed that before then go and do that now. The activation links expire after 30 days but you'll be made aware if that's the case when you hit the link.
2. Do you have multiple accounts?
If you have accounts with The Orchard or KNR then you might come unstuck during the activation process. Sorry for any confusion caused here. To get into your AWAL Workstation you can log in using your pre-existing account credentials and then navigate to your account using the drop down menu at the top of the page.
3. Are there unresolved Copyright Infringement Issues on your account?
Sometimes, when there are Copyright Infringement issues on an account, it can be necessary to temporarily review access to the Workstation. We will already have reached out to discuss the issues. Please review your emails.
