Musicians or label owners who bank in a different currency than their AWAL statements, might require proof that a payment was from overseas for tax reasons. This requires Payoneer's "Confirmation of Transfer".
You do this in your Payoneer Account. Follow the steps below to access this 'Confirmation of Transfer'
- Log in to your Payoneer account.
- Navigate to the "My Account" tab.
- Locate the specific payout transaction to your bank account.
- Click on the transaction to access its details.
- Within the Transaction Details, look for the option labeled "Get confirmation"
- Download the statement.
The confirmation statement provides a comprehensive overview of the transaction, including:
- Details of the payment sender's account
- Conversion rate used for the transaction
- Your local currency amount credited to your bank account
