I only want to recoup an expense from a specific album/track. How can I do this?
This is not currently possible. Expenses entered today are recouped from the Collaborator’s total earnings across all albums and tracks they are associated with.
Can a collaborator have a negative balance?
Yes, a negative balance means you have paid them or incurred expenses that add up to more than the revenue they have earned, the have an “unrecouped” balance.
What order will transactions appear in?
Transactions will always appear in the order they are added. You can add a date to the transaction for your own informational purposes, but this will not change the order it appears in the list.
Can I delete a transaction?
Yes, you can delete any transaction that is part of your current statement period. You cannot delete transaction that are part of previously closed statement periods. You also cannot delete transactions that are linked to a Wise payment. Deleting a transaction cannot be undone.
What is Gross or Net Revenue?
Gross Revenue refers to the amount of total revenue generated for this track, before any distribution fees are deducted. Net Revenue refers to the actual amount you would receive after distributions fees are deducted.
