Some performance rights organizations pay adjusted rates (or don’t pay out royalties at all) to rights holders located in certain territories. This is a result of certain countries not participating in the Rome Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations. Choose the country where the original owner of the master copyright was based or incorporated at the time of recording. The original master copyright owner can be an individual person or a business entity.
