First, try re-uploading the track in one of these two ways:
- Delete the track and start a new upload
- Click the track you want to edit and use the re-upload button
If the error persists, please visit our Common Audio Upload Error and Solutions. If the issue still isn’t resolved please reach out through the Support tool in Workstation to explain the issue, which browser you’re using (Chrome, Safari or Explorer etc) and the audio file specs.
