In some instances we might remove access to the Digital Product Builder that you use to upload releases to the AWAL platform.
This is most often associated with release subissions that need review before being resubmitted. To get the issue resolved please get in touch through the support tool on the platform. Share the UPC, the product title and if you have received any follow up questions form the operations team please address those.
As part of that process, you'll need to answer all of the following questions in order unless the answer to the first question is Yes...

Is this part of a catalog transfer?

Do you have exclusive rights to all the recordings you've uploaded?

Have you obtained the consent of all the credited artists?

Have you obtained the relevant authorization for the use of samples exclusively?

If you don't have the exclusive rights to the sample - are you happy to be out of content ID services?

Have you uploaded accurate metadata, matching any previous versions of this release?

Can you provide paperwork to support the case (if so do)?
Once we have these details we'll update the internal teams and re-enable the Digital Product Builder for you.
