How do I invoice for outstanding VAT payments on my VAT registered account?

In order to invoice AWAL for outstanding VAT Payments follow the below instructions

1. Create the invoice
2. Please make invoices out to... AWAL, 2 Canal Reach, London N1C 4DB
3. Be aware that our  VAT No. is GB113280848
4. Split out the invoice by month with a total listed at the bottom.
